Protection of employees’ rights to health and occupational safety, the preservation of work ethics, and equal treatment that upholds human dignity as well as religious or personal values of the Company’s personnel is a core commitment and a key foundation in ensuring the business continuity of the Company and its subsidiaries.

The Company strives to create a healthy work environment and maintain workplace safety for all employees, both onshore and offshore, while encouraging employees to adhere to the Company’s work culture in order to achieve Zero Accident, Zero Occupational Illness, and Zero Environmental Pollution.

In facing these challenges, the Company and its subsidiaries stand united in their commitment to continuously improve Occupational Health and Safety by implementing an effective health and safety management system throughout operational activities.

Beyond its concern for employees, the Company also encourages employees to contribute positively to the surrounding community by organizing an annual blood donation program in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) and the Company’s partner health laboratories, with the donations distributed to those in need.

Social resilience is one of the most important factors in evaluating the Company’s business progress. The Company is strongly committed to carrying out its business activities with careful consideration of the social and environmental impacts they may generate. This principle is reflected through the implementation of good business practices and governance, as well as upholding business ethics that provide benefits to stakeholders, including the surrounding community.

The Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs focus on various areas, such as community welfare support and education. The Company regularly organizes recreational activities for both internal employees and external participants in the form of casual cycling under the MUTU Bike program. The purpose of this activity is to encourage employees and the community around the Company’s head office to exercise, promote a healthy lifestyle, and reduce the use of fuel‑based transportation for commuting.

As a conformity assessment body, the Company is driven to educate the public about standards, feasibility, and conformity of products or business processes encountered in daily life. Therefore, the Company routinely conducts light socialization sessions at least once a month, discussing product standards and conformity for the general public through the Company’s social media platforms. The aim of this program is to raise public awareness to be more mindful of the products around them and to ensure the use of standardized products so that their quality of life is better assured.

The Company applies governance principles that emphasize transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness in managing its operations and decision-making processes.

The governance framework is designed to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and to support effective oversight through defined roles and responsibilities of governing bodies, supported by established policies and control mechanisms.
