Who is authorized to use the Logo?
The use of the logo on products or related documents by a company is only permitted if the company has been declared compliant with the applicable SNI or other referenced requirements (certified).
The use and placement of the logo may only be granted after the company signs a logo usage agreement. This agreement ensures that the sub‑license holder agrees to comply with all requirements related to logo usage.
Conditions Under Which the Logo May Not Be Used
The MUTU logo and certification logo may not be used in any form if one or more of the following conditions occur:
- The certificate has expired
- The certification is suspended
- The certificate is withdrawn
